I hadn’t gone to the dentist in 3 years and everyone at TPDA was so wonderful and non judgement and got me right back on track with an exam and thorough cleaning! Coming back soon to see Dr. Saade to get my cavities taken care of!

This place told me I needed an “on-lay” then gave me a crown. They billed me for an on-lay which isn’t covered by my insurance, and so I had to pay out of pocket. Then, after the procedure was done, I called my insurance company and Torrey Pines Dental Arts had changed the billing codes on my invoice and billed my insurance for a crown (which is covered by my insurance). Basically they commit insurance fraud. Had I not called Delta Dental, I would have never realized TPDA changed the billing codes. I can’t imagine how many people they’ve done this to. I am morally opposed to giving defamatory reviews, but this one is deserved.On top of that, every time I had been to this dental clinic prior to this fraud incident, I walked out of their with a migraine that was caused by something they did. For instance, my fillings were “too high” and they had to adjust them. They screwed with my teeth during a cleaning another time which left me with a migraine for a month. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Very unhappy with my experience. Their policy for being even 15 minutes late is ridiculous. The parking is a nightmare. Very rude.
